Blue Sphere Tours will organise a tour of Greytown and the wider Wairarapa region tailored for you and your group. Our coach partner will collect you, take you where you'd like to visit, organise accommodation in the heart of Greytown and drop you home.

Our custom designed tours showcase all that the South Wairarapa region can offer, in scenery, culture, history, vineyards, food and cuisine in general and further to the northern reaches of Wairarapa. We put a lot of effort into building memorable itineraries and ensuring all the details are taken care of so all you have to do is pack your bags and wait to be collected by our travel partner, Capital Personalised Tours. Our tours are designed for mature travellers so we recognise what is important to you while you travel.

All tours will be based at Greyfriars Motel in the heart of the village for easy walking to shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. You can either choose a room on your own, share twin, or even share three. All accommodation costs, entry fees, most meals and travel are built in to the entire tour cost.

Booking a Tour

Should you wish to book any of our tours, then please get in touch on 0800 304340 (Greyfriars Motel number) or email us at info@greyfriars.co.nz. To secure your place on a tour, we initially require a non-refundable deposit and full payment is required a full two weeks prior to the departure date. On receipt of your payment a full GST resipt will be provided for you along with your printed itinerary and all tour details.

Protecting your Holiday

We encourage all our travellers to take out Domestic Travel Insurance. The unexpected can happen at anytime and for a small additional cost you can protect your investment in your holiday. Most providers require you to have owned your policy for three (3) weeks prior to any claim, so we recommend taking out the policy when you make your booking. Travel Insurance is available to most people, regardless of age, at a reasonable cost. Covermore or Southern Cross are two providers who are popular with travellers.
